Automatic Prioritization of your e-mails.
Nubli can automatically prioritize your Outlook inbox into high, medium and low buckets depending upon the past usage of your inbox. Nubli analyzes your past e-mails and shows most important mails on top. Thus you can spend more time responding to important e-mails and less time scanning / filing through low priority e-mails.

Automated Tagging

How easy it is to install and un-install EmailSmarts™?
- It’s very easy to install and un-install EmailSmarts. With an internet connection, the application installs easily without any additional user intervention. All the necessary application components are self-contained within the installer package. Depending on the version of Outlook client, 2003 and 2007, the application has to download few Microsoft .NET framework components from Microsoft site.
- The un-installation is as easy as 1-2-3. It takes two minutes to un-install the “emailSmarts” application.
What are the steps to install EmailSmarts?
- Download the application from Nubli Website and store it in a temp directory or desktop. Make sure that the application is listed as an application. If it’s listed as a file under the window directory system, please rename the file to ***.exe and it will show as an application.
- Make sure Outlook is not running for the duration of the installation.
- Launch the application by double clicking on the installer. The application will integrate itself to Outlook.
- Please wait until the application has downloaded all the necessary components from the web and the install window displays “Complete”
- Launch Outlook. The first time the application goes through the emails it takes time processing the emails. Depending on the version of Outlook client (2003 or 2007) and other applications running on the system, the time of installation will vary. For a Outlook 2007 system it will take 15 minutes to process at least 30 days of emails.
What are the steps to un-install EmailSmarts?
- Click the Start> All program > Nubli > Uninstaller and the application will un-install itself in minutes.
Is Nubli’s EmailSmarts safe to install?
- Yes. EmailSmarts application runs with the Outlook. When Outlook is not open, EmailSmarts doesn’t run. When Outlook is open and running, the EmailSmarts works with the messages available to it through Outlook. At any time, the EmailSmarts doesn’t interact with other applications or data in the system.
How does EmailSmarts impact my inbox?
- EmailSmarts offers an alternate view of the user inbox based on priority. Imagine a view selector where you can choose a view based on “Priority”, that view is the Nubli view. In addition to the priority view, Nubli also offers an optional window, “Mail Action pane” to quickly and efficiently work on the emails.
Is “EmailSmarts” secure?
- Yes. EmailSmarts has been security tested to be free of any vulnerability by Intel in their certification lab. So it’s safe to install and use. At any time, EmailSmarts does not send any messages or contents associated with messages out of the mail box.
What is the impact if I un-install EmailSmarts?
- EmailSmarts brings the inbox back to the state where Outlook was before EmailSmarts was installed. It’s the default or the “Time” ordered view of the mailbox.
How long should I plan for installing “EmailSmarts”
- The installation time is dependent on several factors; such as the Outlook client version, the internet access speed and the applications running in the same system. As a rough guidance, we recommend that you allow for 30 minutes installation times for Outlook 2007 and 45 minutes for Outlook 2003. However, individual cases may vary.
Does EmailSmarts send data out of my mailbox(es)?
- No. EmailSmarts never sends any messages or contents of messages out of the mailbox.
